As first time home buyers purchasing a home from across the country Shea and Andrew and the rest of the Halvorsen team were very knowledgeable and helped make the loan process extremely smooth. A lot of questions were asked and were thoroughly answered and explained. The digital presentations they provided really allowed us to see how the numbers work and also showed different options (for example difference in monthly payments with 0% down versus 10% or 20%, rate buy down options, etc.). Their communication was on point and we could tell they work closely as a team. We would definitely use them again and will be recommending the Halvorsen Team to anyone we know.
