Daniel and Andrew were very quick to get us funding for our house. Both of them were always on time and ready to answer any questions you might have. The process was seamless and we had no issues getting approved. They use an easy upload system for all of your files that wasn’t frustrating to navigate. This was my second time working with Daniel and I will be having him and his team help me for my next home purchase. Thanks, guys!

As first time home buyers purchasing a home from across the country Shea and Andrew and the rest of the Halvorsen team were very knowledgeable and helped make the loan process extremely smooth. A lot of questions were asked and were thoroughly answered and explained. The digital presentations they provided really allowed us to see how the numbers work and also showed different options (for example difference in monthly payments with 0% down versus 10% or 20%, rate buy down options, etc.). Their communication was on point and we could tell they work closely as a team. We would definitely use them again and will be recommending the Halvorsen Team to anyone we know.
