I go to recommendation for mortgages refinances basically anything having to do with financing. Daniel and his team are skilled and professional.
Shea Peck was our loan officer, and she was absolutely magnificent!

She fought hard for us to acquire our family’s home that was in reverse mortgage and pre-foreclosure. We previously had another loan officer who had us waiting for over a year with no secure loan and no progress.
Once we found Shea Peck, everything changed. She and her lovely team were behind us every step of the way. Shea came into a complicated situation with a lot to catch up on, but she got up to speed quickly and was constantly on the phone making sure she was fully informed about our case.
What made Shea truly exceptional was when we discovered our real estate broker and attorney were not acting in our best interests – there were discrepancies in fees and concerning contract terms. Shea immediately stepped in, set things straight, and made sure we were protected throughout the closing process. She went above and beyond her role as a loan officer to ensure we weren’t being taken advantage of.
Shea made us feel confident and kept us well-informed throughout the entire process. Any questions we had, she answered without hesitation. She was more than just our loan officer – she became a sweet friend to us.
Thanks to Shea and her team, we finally closed on December 31, 2025! 🍾 After everything we went through, she made it possible for us to secure my family’s legacy.
