Dan is THE man! We have used him multiple times now and are always very pleased! He takes the time to explain what the numbers mean and the entire process. He doesn't ever get frustrated when he has to "dumb it down" or explain it again. He is GREAT! The whole team provides excellent communication and customer service; always responsive.
