Appreciated fast loan processing. A few surprises along the way and last-minute changes, but it all got done. Daniel Halvorsen communicates well and is knowledgeable, personable and adept at overcoming obstacles to make mortgages work for the home buyer.

He not only gave us confidence and walked us through the entire process, but he took us all the way through to make sure that we purchased the home of our dreams without any stress quickly and efficient. I dealt with many Brokers throughout west coast and east coast, Daniel is by far is the greatest of all times in this field. There is no one like him.

As a property investor and homeowner, historically, working with mortgage lenders has left a sour taste in my mouth. I had to chase them with reminders and would struggle to get timely call backs. No so with Daniel Halverson. Daniel is proactive in getting all the requirements for a mortgage to me with lightning speed. Any questions I have, he answers immediately. Actually, I couldn’t keep up with his efficiency. He would always stay ahead of me in all the dealings I had with him.
Due to the increased demand in the property market, and buying frenzy, and the elevated prices, it took us over 3 years to find our dream home. Daniel patiently did all the numbers on every property, many of which we never purchased. He just stayed the course.

As complicated as loan applications have become, clients need lenders who are patient, diligent, and with excellent follow-up. The LoanPeople have all of these. Their whole team is efficient and moves the loan application along swiftly. I highly recommend LoanPeople to anyone looking for the best in the industry.
