We just closed on our house in Fleming Island! My husband and I are from out of state and self-employed, so things were a bit more complicated for us. Daniel and the whole team did a great job helping us navigate the loan process in a new jurisdiction. Everything went exactly as expected with no surprises or hold ups. Daniel is the absolute best! He very knowledgeable about all of the mortgage products available and gives sound advice and guidance to help make the best decision. I am self employed and Daniel found a solution to make things happen when others couldn't. The level of service I received from him and his team was exceptional and anytime I reached out, he responded immediately. I have had experience with several other lenders out there over the years but was always disappointed with the lack of urgency and responsiveness when I needed it most. This was never the case with Daniel, for this reason and so many others is why I confidently refer everyone to his team as I know they will be cared for and given the same outstanding service.

Josef Daniel Halvorsen mortgage team was outstanding. Nick D. Was my point man and was always available for my questions. This was my third experience as a home buyer!
